• Primary point of contact for all matters related to the IT development and maintenance of Contractor systems to include the electronic scheduling capability.
•  Manage and oversee system performance, troubleshooting, integration with the DXP, user support, security, and system upgrades.
•  Develop and execute design, implementation, and management of scalable and secure IT applications and infrastructure.
•  Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers and ensuring service level agreements are met.
•  Oversee the continued development and implementation of data management strategies to ensure data quality, accessibility, and security ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing IT and data management practices.
•  Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, ensuring robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with relevant regulations.
•  Manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
•  Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT services.
